At James’ Bond Hearing, David appeared and testified that James claimed to someone that he instructs “Response to Terrorist Bombing” classes. Charges weren’t ever dropped Atty. Marc Wells refused to enter this certificate.

Deputy David King made two false charges to lock James Samples back up after James posted bond, stemming from two other false charges. Following a hearing where a judge forced two children back into a meth-environment, after refusing to let the Granddad or Dad, testify or present evidence!
James Samples is a Master Electrician, Firefighter… that’s not able to be the United States for the last four years
Constant cycles of false arrest and denial of due processes, have forced James Samples from the house he built and the country that he was born in.

On August 10, 2020, we learned that, at Deputy David Kings current employer (C.C.S.O.), David admitted to being fired from Munsford P.D. and omitted that he was fired from Smiths Grove P.D. for making other false arrest. Had David been truthful on his application, 50% of his work history would reflect termination due to the type of chaos that David has caused James Samples and James’ children. The false arrest against James brings that percentage to at least 75%.

I’m requesting charges to be filed against Deputy David King, Attorney Marc Wells, and Sheriff Bobby Davidson.
Attorney Marc Wells refused to enter the evidence proving James’ innocence and the false police reports, false arrest and false imprisonments by Attorney Jennifer Peeler, Officer Travis Counts, Deputy David King, Attorney Meredith Clymer…
After fleeing the country, due to the aforementioned and denials of due process, James asked Attorney Marc Wells to forward his notification of duress. Marc said that he would. James discovered that he lied and now refuses to notify the courts of duress.
