2016 – When Chief Johnny Vance, former chief of Smiths Grove PD, was told about David King’s false arrest and false imprisonment in Livingston County, Kentucky.
Chief Vance responded, “we had the type of issues out of him, when he worked for us in 2006. I fired him while he was still in the Police Academy. He went to Munsfordville PD finish his academy and they they had same issues with him and fired him also. I can’t believe that any one would have him working in law enforcement.”

“It took some citizens to make the public defender’s office aware of the video. Without their actions, it is likely Davis would have gone to prison for several years for a crime he did not commit.”

“After his years of service in prison, Mr. Davis would have been nearly unemployable, as who would hire a convicted felon that assaults police officers? Because of Officer King’s wrongful actions, Mr. Davis and his family would have been destitute for years to come.”

James Samples – Lengthy – however just foot notes from the terabytes of recordings to be used in an upcoming lawsuit regarding: False Arrest, False Imprisonment resulting in a four year dislocation from home and country. Resulting from a deputy that had a track record that should have prevented his employment from all except, the most of corrupt departments.

I own “Protection Guys” and “Agent Eyes Technologies”, I was approached by a woman, Brandi that had been recovering from a troubled past, she explained my ex-wife and her paramour, Billy Waynick is in a meth-house in Grand Rivers, where they are shooting each other up with meth and that I need to rescue my children.
Her and her friend went on to explain that Billy Waynick and his druggie buddy, Dean were shooting each other up with meth and was f–up while stealing things from the Minit Mart in Grand Rivers. I went and spoke to the manager of the Minit Mart with Brandi, as Brandi returned the stolen items that Billy had placed in the trunk of her car
I told the manager that I own a security camera company, I asked the manager if I could review the DVR footage to see if we could catch Billy and his friend stealing… I also hoped their was proof that they were shooting up drugs… on camera so I could prove it to Sheriff John Hayden, that didn’t seem to believe me, and would make false arrest against me for complaining about my children being trapped in an abusive meth-environment.
I didn’t know at the time that the Livingston County Sheriff Department and McCracken County Sheriff Department, prosecuting attorneys… were letting them do meth so they could arrest those others that weren’t in their “click” John Hayden and Billy Waynick were running buddies when they both lived in Princeton, KY
I told the manager, that I have a personal interest in investigating Billy, and that I appreciated her letting me review the video footage and that unfortunately the DVR was in bad shape. The manager responded that she appreciated my efforts and that she was hoping to see if the clerk, Kelly Travis was allowing the chaos in the store. “We agreed that I would operate in the capacity of loss prevention and recovery so I could question her staff.
I questioned the clerk, and and Kelly confirmed Brandi’s story. I then went to an address where Billy was reported to be staying, that was provided to me by another source. When I got there, I met Scott Bell. Scott advised that he had kicked them out because they were leaving needles laying around. Scott also told me the story of Billy stealing a jeep from Lourdes Hospital and offering him the wheels.
I told Brandi she should report the thefts and drug abuse that’s endangering my children to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. I told her that when I report abuse to my children… in McCracken County, that I get hit with false arrest.
She said that’s fine however she wanted me to go with her.
We went to Smithland in Livingston County and met with Deputy David King. She explained what had happened.
Shortly thereafter I was hit with two more false charges, this time from Deputy David King. One charge was for impersonating a peace officer, and the other charge was for filing a false police report (referring to the report that Brandi made – that was also eventually verified).
Although, every conversation mentioned in this statement is recorded, multiple tracking devices were in place…
I possessed, and still do, a preponderance of evidence, proving that law enforcement officers and even attorneys were filing false police reports, refusing to enter evidence into the record,… After being locked up for nine months, my attorney Marc Wells told me that he isn’t going to enter the evidence proving my innocence, and if I don’t enter a bogus guilty plea that they will keep me locked up for falling behind on my child-support  during the nine months of my false imprisonment and then I’ll never get out.
I enter a bogus guilty, walked out of jail, got on a plane and left the country. I’ve not seen my home in four years, I’ve lost my electrical license, I’ve not been able to talk to my children that are still trapped with the adults from the abusive meth-house.
