Update – August 10, 2020 via an Open Records Act – we learned that the Officer that is accused of making false arrest against James Samples:
1.) Is the same Officer that was fired before he graduated Police Academy for making false arrest…
2.) Omited his termination regarding his employment with S.G.P.D. prior to being hired with the Christian County Sheriff’s Department.
